Eric Fullmoon Egesa is a fashion designer born and based in Kampala, Uganda. Before getting into fashion design, Fullmoon was a breakdancer. Starting at a young age, he was able to pay his school fees through performances and classes and was featured in the documentary film “Shake The Dust” about breakdancers in post-conflict and underprivileged communities. Due to a knee injury that kept him from pursuing his professional dancing career, Fullmoon decided to follow his interest in fashion design.

By going shopping for others at the local second-hand market, called Owino Market, and finding unique pieces, the idea of creating his own brand began to bloom. A legacy for Uganda’s biggest open market was born: the ‘Owino Market Brand’ (OMB) - a brand that represents Kampala’s youth and lifestyle.
